How
do I install a Fresh Seat?
Installation is as easy as 1-2-3
and requires very little mechanical skills. However,
for liability reasons, we strongly recommend having
the Fresh Seat installed by a certified plumber or
professional. If you decide to install the Fresh Seat
on your own, we strongly recommend you read the instruction
manual thoroughly, and contact us with any pre-installation
questions. The power source for the Fresh Seat must
be plugged into a ground fault circuit interrupter
(GFCI) outlet. Many people don't have a socket near
the toilet and they either run an extension cord or
have a new GFCI outlet installed behind the toilet.

How
do I keep my Fresh Seat Clean?
Cleaning the Fresh Seat is a cinch and
requires little effort on your part. Cleaning involves
a towel and warm water mixed with mild soap or non chemical
detergent. The streamlined wand (bidet nozzle) self cleans
after each application and requires no additional cleaning.

Is
the Fresh Seat safe?
Fresh Seat has many built in safety
features such as a thermal fuse, a high temperature sensor
switch, and auto-shut off. The Fresh Seat
has a temperature range of 85F - 104F, which is the
same as normal body temperature. Fresh Seats that are
equipped with dryer feature has a temperature range of
104F - 140F which is lessthan that of a hair dryer. Furthermore,
adjustable water pressure offers different levels of
comfortable wash for users thatmay suffer inflammation
and irritation around the sensitive areas of the orifice.
